Your Instructor
I’m a 500 HYI, 200 RYT and Certified Trauma – Sensitive HYI. I started New Life Yoga because I have a passion for helping people be healthy and find a thriving purpose filled life!
I’m not perfect – far from it – struggling with chronic back pain and have wrestled on and off with anxiety. But that’s OK. God continues to pour His love on me through the practice of Holy Yoga and bring healing to all of these areas of my life and I want as many other people as possible to experience that as well! Throughout my life I have been a teacher, barista, manager, social justice fundraiser, and volunteer and now I am a certified yoga instructor. I love my husband and the hectic adventure filled life we have with our 3 boys.
I have lived in MN, CA & IL, traveled to Nepal, Thailand, Mexico, Turkey, Tanzenia, Kenya and even Uganda where I lived for 2 ½ months to adopt our middle son! I love coffee, experiencing nature, adventures, and deep connections with others. I look forward to helping you find health and life however I can!
